after massage earlier in the day (deep tissue for the win) I’ve had a pretty quiet afternoon with A (husband) and our animals (cat, cat, dog).

now we are watching UFC 158. GSP fights are pretty much my favorite fights. chants of g-s-p break out in our house randomly.
