had a quick breakfast this morning and headed over to Crossfit Squamish for my first workout.

I’ve never done crossfit before but I really enjoyed this first experience and definitely feel the vibe and style of the gym fits my personality.

today’s workout:
15 squats
3 x (
10 kb swing (12 kg)
5 sit-ups
10 box jumps (4″) )
15 squats

time : 9:39

do I feel it? yes! feels good 😉
