Today has been excellent. This morning I went to my second crossfit training session. I learned about push-ups, wall ball, rowing and burpees (high school flashbacks)

The Workout Of The Day (WOD) was:

8 min rowing for distance.

My distance was 1460m with an avg 245 /500m and about 30 strokes per min.

I’m definitely feeling the training. My legs burn! So far it feels great. That said I’m looking forward to a couple days to recoup, probably do a little swimming on the off days to stretch everything out.

in the afternoon I drove into Vancouver to bring Husband his wallet, took Dog to kitsalano beach


And then stopped in at MEC for a couple of long sleeve shirts, wishful thinking for warmer weather.
