Today’s crossfit was awesome! My first introduction to powerlifting, wee. We went over overhead squat, bench press and deadlift. I gotta say overhead squat was really fun, that’s weird I know.
A couple of the sessions have covered using foam rollers for various muscle groups, want to get one of those for home sometime soon, could see myself doing some rolling when watching TV.
In the afternoon Husband and I went for a bike ride! I’ve been off my bike for more than 6 months because of a torn rotator cuff and bad ankle sprain, it feels great to be back on the pedals.
