today i drove up to jono in function junction for a haircut.

my stylist does this wonderful scalp massage to start. it’s really soothing.

the cut came out great too. i’ve been growing out my hair for almost a year. liking how it looks.

finished the judge course for the crossfit open. so i can be helpful when the time comes!

went to UBC to with A to support from folks from Gym at ubc powerlifting event. people did really well. T set 4 provincial records!

did a presentation for my boss and my boss’s boss today and it went fantastic!

Finished watching Trollhunters on Netflix. it was fantastic!

went into work today, new powered standing desks are great!

last day of holidays, back to work tomorrow. had JEllen over for some settlers of catan, explorers and pirates expansion. fun!

drove up to whistler with kj. rented skis and did a bunch of laps on the newb runs then two on the chairlift run in the area. knee felt pretty good. yay.
